1. Use of Website

By using our site, you agree to:

  • Be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a guardian

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information

  • Not engage in illegal activities or misuse of the site or products

2. Product Availability

We make every effort to keep our online inventory updated. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of every item at the time of purchase. Orders for out-of-stock products will be canceled and refunded.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. We accept secure payments via WooCommerce-supported gateways. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to U.S. addresses only and do not support international shipments (except U.S. territories with restrictions). Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Firearm and Parts Disclaimer

All firearm-related parts must be used in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. It is your responsibility to understand the laws in your jurisdiction.

M2 Armament does not sell complete firearms. Any modification or misuse of parts is the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Location-Based Shipping Restrictions

We comply with state and local laws regarding firearm components and accessories. If your state is not listed below, there are no shipping restrictions.

📦 Restricted Shipping Areas

We do not ship any products to:

  • Chicago, IL

  • Denver, CO

  • U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico)

🔒 State-by-State Restrictions

We have created a dedicated Shipping Restrictions Page for full details. Key examples include:

California

  • Only CA DOJ-approved handguns will ship

  • No full AR/AK rifles, 80% blanks, binary triggers, or magazines over 10 rounds

Colorado

  • No AR/AK variants, 80% blanks, or binary/NFA triggers

  • Boulder & Vail Counties: No stripped uppers, pistol slides, or magazines over 10 rounds

Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Washington State

  • Strict bans on 80% blanks, stripped lowers/uppers, threaded barrels, binary/NFA triggers

  • No body armor (NY), forward grips (WA), or serialized parts in many cases

Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Rhode Island

  • Restrictions on magazines, 80% blanks, binary triggers, and specific weapon configurations

8. Limitation of Liability

M2 Armament is not liable for misuse or improper installation of any product. All items are sold “as-is” and without warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
